USPS Media Mail is popular because it is inexpensive. However, please be aware that it does not include insurance for loss or damage. Therefore, select this service at your own risk. Although loss and damage are rare, they do sometimes occur. In those cases, we unfortunately have no recourse with the carrier for a refund. Additionally, The USPS reserves the right to open and inspect Media Mail shipments, and we cannot control how carefully they inspect and repackage items. Unclaimed or undeliverable Media Mail may be considered lost mail and cannot be recovered in that case.
